FELONIES TO FUTURES

Transform your past into a promising future through skilled trades

A felony record shouldn't be a life sentence to dead-end jobs. Felonies to Futures is our flagship reentry program — built by blue-collar men, for men who've been counted out.

We connect justice-impacted men with skilled trade apprenticeships, mentorship, and a brotherhood that holds you accountable. No handouts. No pity. Just a path forward and the grit to walk it.
